There are four building plots available in an excellent west-oriented location in the immediate vicinity of the Vrban plateau, surrounded by many green areas.

The location of the plots is excellent, as they are positioned in the immediate vicinity of the city, where all the necessary infrastructure is (school, kindergarten, health center, post office, bank ...). Despite the proximity of the city, they are located in a quiet location where there is no traffic. Near the plots are Račji dvor and the Equestrian Center Hippodrome Kamnica.
