After 22 years working as a CNC Machinist/Foreman, Mike Findle retired from the manufacturing industry to pursue his dream of becoming a Realtor. In his first year, 2019, he was awarded "Rookie of the Year". In 2020 he achieved the Silver Award for sales production. In 2021, he achieved the Gold Award for sales production in addition to the Quality Service Award. And in 2022 he achieved the Platinum Award for sales production and the Quality Service Pinnacle Award for outstanding customer service for two consecutive years.
