Olivia Nicodemus is a licensed real estate salesperson in the State of Ohio and is an award winning agent. Olivia was named ?Top 5 Under 40? by the Dayton Area Board of Realtors in 2015. Born and raised in Miami County, Olivia had a love for real estate at a young age and has always been fascinated by residential architecture. After graduating high school Olivia attended Hondros College and achieved her Associate of Applied Business Degree in Real Estate. Licensed since she was 19 years old, Olivia has worked with many top producing real estate teams in the Dayton area. Olivia has a passion for knowledge and learning and has experience ranging from first time home buyers to large investment companies.
