I have been a resident of Florida for forty seven years, residing in Pinellas County until recently. After an extensive home search of my own, I relocated with my wife and our youngest daughter to Hernando County in 2017. My career as a Paramedic and Firefighter/EMT has afforded me the opportunity to raise my children and spend time renovating and improving the homes in which we have lived. We have purchased five homes over the past 30 years and have enjoyed making each one unique to the changing needs of our family.
