The spaces identified as suite 130 is being subleased by tenant. The tenant has 3 spaces they are not using but they could lease the whole space and move if someone needs the whole space. Tenant will have to be approved by building management. We have 1.5 years left on the full 1995 square feet lease, but could easily be extended.
