The property is located in the village of Log pod Mangartom, in the heart of Triglav National Park.

The valley in which Log pod Mangartom is situated is a well-known tourist destination.

It lies along the road to the border crossing Predel, which is well visited during the summer months mainly by motorcyclists and cyclists.
It is the closest connection to the Italian ski resort Sella Nevea and the town of Tarvisio.

The building is currently used as a hostel. With a total area of 260m2, it offers 5 bedrooms with bathrooms (15 beds), two shared bathrooms.
