This is a farm dedicated to the planting and harvesting of African palm. It has four adjacent plots of land, the total area is 78 hectares 2,216.64 m2, of which approximately 63 hectares are planted. The farms are located in the province of Puntarenas, canton of Osa, Palmar district. The total production of the farms is sold to the transnational company Palma Tica S.A., according to contracts signed between both parties.

It has a house where the caretaker lives with his family, a small ranch for meetings, a warehouse to store the materials and equipment and a large warehouse where the two carts are kept, used to load materials required for farm work (fertilizers , chemicals, water, etc.) which are pulled by the horses owned by the farm. Likewise, it has a large corral, completely covered, with two apartments and a sleeve that ends with a gate that allows animals to go up and down.

It is acquired as a complete production business. This will generate income for the buyer from the moment it is acquired. The assets of the society consist of: the 4 properties, the infrastructure and all the agricultural equipment necessary for the operation of the farm, the carts and 2 horses. The farm is 22 km away. from Palmar Norte, 45 km from the Golfito free deposit, 57 km from Bahía Ballena National Park and 70 km from Puerto Jiménez, a point close to the Corcovado National Park.
