This attached home is what we in Saddlebrook call a cluster home. This cluster home is a two-story with one-bedroom downstairs with a half-bath next to it, and two-bedrooms upstairs and two-baths adjoining the bedrooms with each having a balcony to step out to sit out mornings and evenings to enjoy watching the sunrise and sunsets and the many birds Saddlebrook has always vising us.The Great Room is is very spacious and it is nest to the kitchen and dining area wehich both overlook the large lanai where breakfast and barbecues can be had on many a weekend. There isn't a home next to them so there is a lot of privacy to the side of them. Walking to the community pool is very close, and since most of the single family homes have pools, it is usually vacant, and it can feel like it belongs to you. That is what I felt like when I was here. The cluster HOA maintenance dues includes hazard insurance which so many single family owners have complained their Homeowners insurance having tripled this year, we cluster
