Tkon, Island of Pašman, detached stone house with a large yard 30 m from the sea

The property features two connected houses for renovation, with a floor area of approximately 200 m².

Through the old stone archway, one enters the courtyard where there are storage rooms and the entrance to the house. On the ground floor of the house, there are three spacious rooms and a hallway. On the first floor, accessed via a stone staircase, there are three rooms and a bathroom, as well as two additional rooms in the extended part of the house. All rooms have a sea view. In the ground floor of this extended part, there are currently storage areas.

From the first floor, there is access to a large terrace with a porch that belongs to the second house, from which only thick stone walls remain. The rainwater cistern has an opening on that terrace on the first floor.
