I started my Real Estate career in 2004 while attending the University of Central Arkansas. Upon Graduation I proceeded into Real Estate Full Time. As one of the top producers in Conway, AR I decided I needed some help so that I could maintain our level of customer service. In 2016 I formed Roussel Team Realtors to better serve our clients in Central Arkansas.
