Hi, I'm Chloe Stedman! I attended Licking Valley High School where I graduated Summa Cum Laude and top 10 in my class back in 2022. I was a member of The National Honors Society, Varsity Cheer Captain, and I also took all 4 Real Estate classes my senior year!
I have been working at CENTURY 21 Frank Frye Real Estate since the summer of 2022 - working with agents on marketing pieces, website building & social media. My mom is also a licensed agent with CENTURY 21 Frank Frye Real Estate, so I guess I am kind of following in her footsteps! This has allowed me to gain first hand experience in the world of Real Estate. Now, I am licensed and ready to help you buy or sell! I also have a second job at Coffee Shack Coffee Roasters where I am a barista/manager. Most of the time you can find me at our Buckeye Lake location ;)
I now reside in Newark with my husband - who works for Columbus Fire Department. We attend Cornerstone Church & volunteer in the Kid's Ministry when work schedules align. I love to play pickleball, read, bake, spend time with my friends & family, enjoy the outdoors, go for coffee runs, and travel!
