Fairly new to real estate, about 2 full years in. Focus is on multifamily properties & commercial leases. Spent 5 years property managing multifamily investment properties & owning several businesses in the Los Angeles area. Fortunate to experience both sides of lease agent & tenant (commercial & residential). Have a strong background in the food & service industry which helped with leases in the past, businesses being purchased & sold, and actually owning a restaurant.

It\342\200\231s hard finding the right broker/agent when it comes to buying, selling, and/or leasing any real estate. May not be as experienced as most, but have much to offer. Came from a small brokerage which forced me to obstinately persevere on educating myself through other brokers/agents (good & bad) and my own extensive due diligence in the business itself. Spent countless hours on researching the area of my submarket & detailed info on investment properties, applying valuations on investment properties, producing comps (sales/on market/rent surveys), and marketing.

The mission is to delete the wonder(s) on investment properties, uncover the hidden agenda(s) of the other party(-ies), and to satisfy the needs of future clientele.
