Baška Voda, Promajna, an apartment house with a view of the sea is for sale, located in a very touristic place, only 200 m, on an asphalted straight street, to a beautiful beach and all the facilities necessary for a pleasant vacation, such as a grocery store, restaurants, a port, etc. It is in the immediate vicinity of untouched nature with rich Mediterranean vegetation and the Biokovo nature park in the clouds.

Each apartment is furnished, air-conditioned and equipped with satellite television. Also, the house uses solar energy to heat the water in the bathrooms, the boilers are made of stainless steel, which guarantees high hygienic conditions, and the integrated automatic heat regulation reduces the heating to a minimum, alternatively with an electric heater. Central heating with radiators is installed on the ground floor.

The land on which the house is built has a total area of 741 m2, so the garden area is 606 m2, the largest part of which is the garden where olives, cherries, citrus fruits are planted and which is specially equipped with electricity and water connections. Such a spacious garden, together with a smaller parking lot on the other side of the house, near the main entrance, provides a sufficient number of parking spaces for both the users of the tourist accommodation and the hosts.
