She worked for British Petroleum Exploration, and a government company in Bogota, Colombia. Lilia has a Master's degree in Human Resources Management and Business Administration from Andes University, Bogota, Colombia, and a Bachelor's degree in Corporate Communications from Javeriana University, Bogota, Colombia.
