In 1991, Sheila Hardy started as the receptionist in our Arroyo Grande Century 21 Office. In 1992, Sheila decided to get her Real Estate license and in her second year in business, earned the prestigious Centurion Award. In 1994 Jack, Sheila's husband, and Jennifer, their daughter, decided to combine their efforts. By working as a team they felt they could provide their customers superior service. So, in 1994 Jack, Sheila and Jennifer formed The Hardy Team. The rest of the team consists of 2 buyers agents, Alex Yorba and Nancy Robertus, and keeping the office and escrows on track is Cindy Osterhout, their licensed assistant and transaction coordinator.
Jack and Sheila are very active in the community including Rotary, the Grover Beach Exploration Station, their Church and many other projects they have been asked to participate in. We all feel that we are blessed enough to live in a wonderful community and want to help as many folks as we can experience the joy of home ownership! The Hardy Team utilizes their combined experience in the real estate industry, escrow, and knowledge of the community to make sure our customer's real estate experience is as stress-free and pleasant as possible. We strive to not only meet your expectations, but surpass them! Superior service is our number one priority before, during and after escrow closes.
