There is a 1,000 gallon buried propane tank - which you will own - that provides gas for a 20kw Generac Stand-by Generator capable of providing power for the entire home in the event of an extended power outage. Though the home is serviced by city water, there’s a fresh water well on the property. The water was tested & found to be of better quality than city water. It’s been used for watering the garden & outdoor plants, washing cars, porches and anything else for which water is required.
