Once the application has been received by our office you will be notified of the next intended inspection date and time once confirmed.
IF YOUR APPLICATION IS SUCCESSFUL:
You will be required to pay one week's rent within 24 hours to secure the property.
Once an ingoing date has been agreed your leases will be drawn up and you will be notified to come into the office to pre-sign.
