Very familiar with Colorado Springs and all it has to offer, having lived here as a college student at UCCS and then raising my two children with my husband in Colorado Springs while working as a local military contractor.
My husband and I purchased our first home in Falcon, CO. We then took on a challenge of its own by designing and building our second home and contracting the build ourselves in the beautiful Fox Run Park area in Black Forest, CO. We are now building our second home as a contractor on the West Side of Colorado Springs by Garden of the Gods. With our experience we can recommend sub-contractors and offer advice on navigating the custom home build process associated with architectural, engineering and permitting in the Pikes Peak Region.
