This beautiful four-bedroom home is just minutes from the well-recognized beach, Playa Grande. It is a stunning beach renowned for its pristine beauty and fantastic surf. The beach itself stretches for approximately three miles (five kilometers) and is characterized by its soft golden sands and crystal-clear turquoise waters. Playa Grande is part of the Las Baulas National Marine Park, known for its important nesting grounds for endangered leatherback turtles.
Once entering the gated property, one will enter the residence, which features a gorgeous open floor plan where the kitchen, dining room, and living room are situated, surrounded by nearly all glass doors that make summer days feel cooler due to the natural breeze. On this same level, there will be a room with a private toilet, a walk-in closet, and an outdoor shower leading to the garden and pool area.
