**Special Requirements - Occupant must be over 55 years of age and
- The application must be approved by the Park and agree to park rules
- The renter is required to have a Police Check
- The property is part of an electrical embedded network and electricity usage will be invoiced to tenant

APPLYING FOR PROPERTY
Online applications are preferred.
You will receive a confirmation email when your application has been submitted, and when our team receives your application.
IF YOUR APPLICATION IS SUCCESSFUL:
You must pay one week's rent within 24 hours to secure the property.
Lease agreements will be drawn up and sent to you electronically to sign.
You will be required to pay a further two weeks' rent and bond before and no later than collecting keys on your ingoing date.
Leases, rent, and bond must be complete before keys are handed out for the property.
IF YOUR APPLICATION IS NOT SUCCESSFUL:
You will be notified by email, your application will be filed but only kept for 2 months.
Please note that there is no time frame for knowing when the property will be leased. The rental provider/landlord makes the final decision on an applicant and most of the time we are not given a reason why you were not successful.
