My adventures in real estate started with investing and renovation and then acquiring my license. The Detroit market was and still is full of outside investors looking to make a buck. I took to it though and could recognize the architectural value of these homes and knew what it took to bring them back. I also became quite full service with listings, helping with handy work to get homes ready for market, as well as lining up cleaning services, landscaping services, and whatever was needed, I could help see it done. As my business grew to include a range of buyers and sellers, I became agile in all aspects of representation. Since moving to Northern Michigan in 2022, I have come to know the market and terrain.
