I entered the real estate world as an Affiliate Broker with a desire to explore my passion for homes, land, and commercial development while earning my Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance from East Tennessee State University. Upon graduating, I moved to Kansas where I started a real estate brokerage and over time, grew my portfolio of mixed investment properties and founded a day spa. I have over 20 years of real estate expertise and business acumen that encompasses a spectrum of specialized knowledge from residential sales and new homes marketing, to managing commercial and multi-family loan portfolios of varying complexities ranging in size from $56 million to $16.8 billion. Aside from real estate, my other life passions are fishing and skeet shooting with m y husband, spending time with our children and grandchildren whenever possible, t raveling - especially cruises, b eing a beach bum, r eal estate investing, b ike riding, r eading legal thrillers, and volunteerism.

I am a Junior League member with over a Decade of Dedication. I serve on the leadership team for the Junior League of Tampa\342\200\231s Ready to Achieve Committee. Before moving to Florida, I was active with the Kansas City, Missouri chapter of the Junior League. The League works to improve communities served with a wide range of programs focused on women and children.

I am a former Women's Council of REALTORS\302\256 local chapter President. I have also served on various committees for the Kansas City Regional Association of REALTORS\302\256 including being co-chair of the Housing Opportunity Committee and chair of the Communications Advisory Group.
