We are selling a real estate project in the municipality of Novo mesto, in the residential area of ​​Urbanje or Mrvarjev hrib. The land is partially equipped with utilities and has already obtained a building permit for the construction of 45 single-family houses.

Urbanje is designed as a suburban settlement of single-family houses, set in an open landscape near the New Town. The gentle elevation is divided into standard plots, which are connected by a network of new streets. The location of the planned neighborhood is special because it is located on Mrvarjev hrib above the regional road and on the edge of the city, and from it there is a view of the distant Trška gora in the north and the nearby neighborhood of Regrška Košenica on the east side. On the western side, the terrain descends towards the settlement of Škrjanče near Novem mesto. The location is 10 kilometers from the Novo mesto East motorway junction and only 3.5 kilometers from the old town.

At the current stage of development, the project is being sold exclusively as a whole.
