Bob brings over 20 years of experience in owning and managing small rental properties in Essex, Passaic and Bergen Counties.
As a result, he is well versed in Sales Contract Negotiation, Financial Analysis, Finding and Screening Tenants and Tenant Relationship Management.
A lifelong resident of Northeast NJ, Bob earned his BA from The University of the State of New York, and his MBA from Seton Hall University.
He is an active member in several Real Estate Investment Clubs and specializes in helping first time investors, as well as first time home buyers.
