We mediate in the sale of agricultural land in Zastražišće on the island of Hvar. It is possible to create a family farm (OPG) with an area of 1000m2 underground and an additional 400m2 above ground. There is a possibility of an additional 10000 m2 at a location closer to the village with better infrastructure, as well as the option to connect with existing land to increase the potential for the family farm, at a price of 13 Euros per m2.
