A plot of land with a total area of ​​10,682 m2 for investment on the outskirts of Ljubljana between the Ljubljana South and Rudnik motorway junctions for sale. The property is located partly in the area of ​​central activities (CDd), and partly in the area of ​​agricultural land and is not equipped with utilities.

The land is located in an area where the construction of a wholesale market with a utilization factor of up to 1.6 is permitted on an area of ​​approx. 6,000 m2. The height of buildings may not exceed 14 m, unless the technological process requires otherwise.

The wholesale market must be primarily intended for the sale of Slovenian agricultural produce and products, therefore at least 60percent of the area (both buildings and open sales areas) must be dedicated to them. The design must foresee a barrier towards the settlement and the area for the primary school and the construction of a dry reservoir for high water. In the detailed planning, the area of ​​the wholesale market must be designed in such a way that the agricultural part of the land has sufficiently large retention volumes of the flood waters of the Malenca stream.
