My name is Jenifer Holland. I know about struggling, hard work, and wanting to provide a home for my family. As a young, single mother of three boys, I used my eye for detail, ability to think outside the box, and determination to start and manage a successful housekeeping business. I also assisted with a catering business, had a vending machine route, and was lead vocalist and sound manager of a band. This busy and flexible work allowed me to enjoy and raise my children in our very own home. As they grew, I purchased a second home as a rental, developing skills of management, discernment, and finding the right fit. My children are grown, I've sold both of my other homes, scaled back my business, and now enjoy peaceful time outside on my 10 beautiful acres with my Ridgeback, Buster. I appreciated learning organization, efficiency, and exceeding client expectations during my housekeeping days. Buying, selling, and renting properties firsthand has been a unique and valuable experience to understand the process for others. I became a real estate agent as the next chapter in my life because I have always loved touring homes, from the rough skeletons of a construction site to the elegant Street of Dreams. I also love researching and digging until I find just the right match. I have enjoyed the satisfaction of a happy client looking at their spotless house, and now I get the joy of walking them through the space they will soon call home.
