I like people, houses, remodeling and have lots of construction experience so real estate was an easy choice for me. When my wife and I bought our home, I took off a year to renovate it. I understand what it is to have a dream, and to make it come true. I want my clients to have that same experience. I am also a former educator and past member of the Board of Education for the Silver City Consolidated District.
I focus on educating my clients. A home is a big investment and I want to help them understand everything about that investment when they purchase property, and to help sellers understand the process of selling. I have a passion for education and believe it empowers people in situations that could be challenging.
I want to enjoy my work and try to connect my clients in a way that builds relationships. Meeting with clients looking at property is fascinating. I hear about their dreams, they tell me their stories, and I get to know them.
Spending years in a classroom taught me the importance of patience. I push everything else aside and focus on my clients\342\200\231 needs and dreams, and their timeline. My clients\342\200\231 needs are central to my approach to real estate.
