A Los Angeles native, Kim earned a B.A. in childhood studies from California State University, San Bernardino, which undoubtedly nurtured her compassionate side and one her buyers and sellers have come to appreciate. However, she was always drawn to real estate and the aesthetics of a home, and her earliest experience in the industry was as an appraiser\342\200\231s assistant for two years during college that proved memorable. Kim is equally interested in the data side of the business as much as the personal stories of why people buy and sell homes and what appeals to them most, allowing her to blend her empathy with keen market insights and problem-solving proficiency.

Kim lives in Zionsville with her husband (and former college sweetheart!), three sons, and a happily spoiled Beabull dog named Bean. She loves to unwind with shopping, lunching with friends, and volunteering at her church and sons\342\200\231 schools.
