My professional experience in real estate started in 1994 fresh out of college as a mortgage loan officer for a Michigan-based brokerage. By 1996 I co-founded my own brokerage in Novi called Great Lakes Finance. We successfully operated and grew this business right up until the subprime mortgage collapse triggered the recession in 2008. In 2009 I recognized an opportunity in the property damage restoration caused by the foreclosure crisis and started Fusion Property Restoration in Rochester Hills. We specialized in water & mold damage, thermal image testing and air/water quality testing. We grew this business over 10 years working with other contractors, insurance companies, homeowners and REALTORS. From 2020-2022 I found an opportunity to re-enter the mortgage industry as a loan officer for Premia Relocation Mortgage. Closing 5-10 purchase transactions per month in all 50 states creates some unique challenges. As a relocation lender partnered with Fortune 500 companies, the experience I gained from meeting these challenges and helping these families is immeasurable.

My wife Bonnie and I have been married for 17 years and since been blessed with 2 daughters and 2 dogs. We've been homeowners in Rochester for 17 years and very active in the Avondale school system. I am an ordained minister and a member of Kensington Church in Troy. I'm an outdoor enthusiast, adventurer and love meeting all different people. As a family we love houseboat trips, camping, hiking, and backyard campfires.
