The cottage is fully furnished, but not equipped with small appliances or cutlery and crockery. It has an open plan lounge and kitchen area which lead out onto a raised deck from which a tenant can view the abundant birdlife which Kampersrus offers. The lounge has a ceiling fan. There is a fridge in the kitchen. The bedroom and bathroom are separate. The bathroom has a bath, toilet and basin. There is also an outdoor shower.

There is an outside braai area with covered seating. The outdoor laundry has space and connections for a washing machine, which is not supplied. The stove and geyser run off gas and the tenant will be expected to refill the gas cannisters. Electricity is metered and runs off solar. The first 100 units are free. Amounts used over 100 units will be charged. Water is included in the rental.

There is a shared driveway with the main house, but the tenant has their own carport.

The tenant will have use of the swimming pool at the main house.

Double deposit and gas deposit required.
