I love work that is complex and engaging, to use my brain helping people. I see my job as relationship building and an extension of community building. I was attracted to Silver City because people in the community truly care about each other. I want to exemplify that in transactions I handle so that people in this small town can have lives that are comfortable and meaningful.
I focus on moving at my clients' pace so that I can really understand what they want. I don\342\200\231t start making a list of houses to show them until I\342\200\231ve carefully listened to them and understand their agenda. I approach real estate as an opportunity to help people, to help them sell a home when they need to, to help them find just the right home, to help them get rooted here and become part of the community.
I moved to Silver City to enjoy the access to the wilderness and to be closer to nature. I am an avid trail runner and backpacker. I love finding new trails to explore and revisiting old favorites. You can catch me playing disc golf on one of the three courses we have in Grant County. I also host and produce a weekly music program on our local community radio station. I love spending time with my family here in Silver City and Grant County.
My work in the fields of both profit and non-profit has taught me that it\342\200\231s super cool to help people, and I thrive on transactions where people feel they are treated fairly and respectfully and are happy with the outcome. With every successful transaction I help people meet their goals, and I appreciate sharing the experience.
