Blake Kirsch is a third-generation Realtor\302\256 in the Upstate of South Carolina. He graduated top of his class at Boiling Springs High School before accomplishing a four-year degree in Finance and Economics at Wofford College. Blake is on the Board of Directors of The Cancer Association of Spartanburg & Cherokee Counties and a former board member of The Spartanburg Art Museum. Prior to committing full time to the world of real estate, Blake owned Spartanburg Social, a popular public relations firm. He is a marketing expert having worked for The Palladian Group marketing firm in Spartanburg and Edelman, the world's largest public relations firm, in Sydney, Australia. Blake's family owns three Century 21 franchises in Spartanburg, Boiling Springs, and Greenville. Blake became passionate about real estate at an early age and joined the family business when he was only 18 years old. He quickly excelled and in 2023, he was dubbed the #1 agent in both units sold and gross closed commission for Century 21 Blackwell & Company. Blake lives in Greer, South Carolina with his partner, Nick Martin, who is a Captain for American Airlines. He enjoys spending time with their dog Brodie, working out at Orange Theory of Greer, playing tennis, and spoiling his flock of over 40 chickens & ducks! He is the host of \342\200\234Selling the South: The Upstate's Real Estate Podcast\342\200\235 where he discusses current events that impact the local real estate market. Additionally, Blake owns \342\200\234BNB on Bowen\342\200\235 which is the premier Airbnb on Lake Bowen in Spartanburg, South Carolina.
