My philosophy about buying and selling property has grown over more than 20 years of real estate investing, rehabbing and managing my own investment properties in the San Gabriel Valley.
I have served as a volunteer in various capacities on homeowner associations for over 20 years and am currently the treasurer of an HOA in Monrovia.
The San Gabriel Valley has always been my home. I graduated from Glendora High School in 1978. After receiving a B.A. in Communications from Cal State Fullerton in 1982, I worked briefly as a journalist and later as a partner in a retail business for 33 years. In 2010 I started a web-based company in Monrovia, consulting and re-selling model trains for serious collectors. Yeah! They\342\200\231re out there!
I am a founding board member of the Lacey-Davis Foundation ( www.lacey-davisfoundation.org ), a non-profit organization that works with our counterparts in France to provide research and support for families of World-War II veterans who perished in action and now are being memorialized in Europe.
