Kathleen Penland-Jones is a Western North Carolina native who grew up in Swannanoa. She has lived in Canton since 2016 when, as a single mother, she bought and renovated her first home. At this time she worked as a civil engineering technician where she learned many valuable and relevant skills but her passion has always been with homes, leading her to buy and renovate three additional properties in the Canton area.
