Every time we would come for a few days and then have to prepare to leave, it would get harder and harder to leave. After a few months, we decided to make Oak Island our permanent home. After working in Corporate America for 30 years, I decided it was also time to start a new career. This played into the decision to move to Oak Island permanently as well.
