Add to that her sales, marketing, and human resource background, Rhonda has honed a particular skillset that includes patience, attention to detail, organization and pragmatic thinking. Her family is made up of window salesmen, general contractors, architects, luxury home builders, insurance adjusters, and civil engineers in land development.
