We are mediating in the sale of Plečnik's last heritage in the municipality of Domžale, namely the exceptional Pirnat villa, which is luxuriously spread over as much as 2,250 m2 of land. Some renovation work has already been done inside the villa. Historical description: Homški hill is a distinct and prominent solitary hill, which rises dominantly above the surroundings. Pasar Alojz Pirnat was aware of this, and in 1946 he bought 2,364 square meters of land, which was then the site of the fire at the educational center. Architect Jože Plečnik made a plan for the house in a unique style for his friend Alojz Pirnat, who did pasar work for him - with characteristic pillars in the corners and rhythmically arranged windows. He placed it on the old basement walls, but on a half smaller scale. Once again, the genius architect used his own artistic guideline and marked the modernized classical architectural forms with bold alterations, with which he achieved a sharpening that really comes to life in this green and peaceful environment.
