Štajerski Triglav, as Boč locals call it, is the most famous peak of the southern outcrop of the Karavank Mountains. The entire area of ​​Boč is very overgrown and is protected as a landscape park. The mountain is easily accessible, which is the main reason for a large visit by nature and mountain lovers. Boč has two peaks of the same height, one peak belongs to the army, where there is also a television tower, and the other has a 20-meter-high observation tower since 1962. From the observation tower there are wonderful views in all directions. Below the two peaks in the grassy clearing is the Mountain House on Boč and the church of St. Nicholas. In the vicinity of the mountain lodge, there is a growing area of ​​a very rare, protected Easter tree. This area also offers plenty of hiking and cycling pleasures.

The house was built in 1980 and can be used for permanent accommodation, but it can also be used as a wonderful weekend getaway, which can offer plenty of peace and relaxation, as well as an ideal place to socialize. However, it needs minor refreshments. The surroundings of the house are spacious, the plot is very large, and there is also a building plot next to it.

Heating on the ground floor is provided by a solid fuel stove, and on the first floor there are economical electric radiators. All the equipment that can be seen in the pictures remains in the house at no extra charge, but it can also be taken away if the buyer wishes.
