She was inspired by several friends in real estate and a husband who had spent time in the construction management industry. She brings a unique set of skills leveraging technology including data analytics, social media, and other internet services for marketing and market intelligence, while always remembering that real estate is a business based on relationships.

Melanie is a Pittsburgh native who attended the University of Pittsburgh and moved to the Northern Virginia area in 2005. She resides in West End Alexandria with her husband and three children.
