Carl has over four decades of successful residential real estate investing in the New York Area. He operates a dual prong business that includes owning and managing a rental portfolio that focuses on providing quality housing for lower income families through the Housing Choice Voucher Program (Section 8). Additionally, he has deployed a successful \342\200\234Fix & Flip model that focuses on the rehabilitation and resale of value-add properties.
As the founder and President of Carl Schiovone & Associates Real Estate Coaching, Inc. for over three decades, Carl provides both one on one and group business coaching focusing on the real estate community.
