The proudest moment of my career to date would have to be closing my disabled veteran\342\200\231s escrow two days before he was going to be homeless. Sometimes it takes a village to get things done, good thing we brought one!
Since the real estate bubble burst it has become imperative for homeowners and buyers to have a more assertive and knowledgeable agent to represent them to secure their sale or purchase. While this is challenging, I heartily embrace these opportunities. I believe in anticipating all of the possible inconveniences and being proactive rather than reactive.
