1. All deposits had been paid to the Council and the stand has been serviced with water. (A cost of R33 000)

2. The land surveying had already been done and the beacon certificate and contourlines are available.

3. A plan approved by the HOA and the Council for a house of 345m2 are available. The approved plan has been extended until April 2025.

4. A portion of the engineering fees had already been paid.
