As a lead agent for a 60 unit new construction active adult residential community, I worked in all phases of the selling process. My goal is always to achieve focused satisfaction for my clients. Customization of the homes, graphic design for advertising and a continuous analysis of sales forecasting were conducted to build out these custom homes in a difficult economic market.
