I have worked every aspect of the industry representing sellers, buyers and investors, in both the residential and commercial market. My expertise includes strategic planning, transaction management and financial structuring, especially to first time home buyers. I also handle foreclosure and short sale properties, inspecting and maintaining. I initiate communication in every detail of a transaction from beginning to closing. I speak Tagalog and English. Graduated in the Philippines with a Bachelor of Science in Medical Technology. Also, graduated from New York University with Doppler Echocardiography and Medical Ultrasound degree. I became passionate in sales when moving to Arkansas. I also have a travel, shipping and recruitment business.
