This pristine, modern fully furnished 3-bedroom home is in a quiet carousel in the Riversdale section of Moditlo Wildlife Estate which overlooks the Wilderness area. The views can be enjoyed from an upstairs viewing deck or from the private deck leading from the main bedroom. The main area leads onto a large deck where one can either lounge around the pool or underneath the imposing marula in front of the covered patio. The house was designed with privacy top of mind. The main bedroom and guest rooms are on opposite sides of the property (connected by the main area). The master bedroom has its own bird-walk deck to be enjoyed in private. The guest rooms have their own decks accompanied by table and chairs to enjoy a morning coffee or watch the sun set.

The open-plan lounge, dining-room and kitchen area are perfect for entertaining and enjoying the home to the fullest, with sliding doors opening the whole of the front of the house onto the deck and pool area. The lounge has a fireplace for the cooler evenings and a Smart TV.

The swimming pool is a 12.5m lap pool for getting some daily exercise and there are a number of loungers scattered around the deck. Perfect for lazy days around the pool!

The kitchen is fully functional, with a prep bowl where one can prepare food and at the back a separate washup and scullery. Fridge and freezer, microwave and all other appliances, crockery and cutlery are supplied. There is also a washing machine, tumble dryer and dishwasher.

3 large bedrooms are all en-suite (showers, basins, toilets) with walk-in cupboards. The one guest room boast an indoor and outdoor shower (shaded by a large wild fig tree) whilst the other guestroom has an indoor/outdoor shower opening up onto its own enclosed lush courtyard. The master bedroom has a bath for those who want to relax and take in the surrounding bush ambiance as well as his and hers rain showers. All rooms have sliding doors which open onto their own private decks.

All bedooms and the living area have fans and air-conditioners.

There are 3 garages (all automated). Access to/from the garages to the house is made easy by an enclosed walkway. The property also has an electrical back-up system for those unforeseen electrical downtimes.

Wifi is included. The garden and pool are serviced weekly.

The house has elephant fencing on the garage side of the house as well as full electric fencing on the pool side to keep large animals out.

Moditlo Wildlife Estate is a 3,300ha Wildlife Estate within the boundary of the larger 12,000 ha (approx.) Blue Canyon Private Game Reserve. The reserve is located 14km south of Hoedspruit. The Blue Canyon Private Game Reserve is home to most of South Africa's most famous and rarest game, with more than 40 mammals and 400 bird species on the conservancy. Elephant, Lion, Leopard, Rhinos, Wild Dogs, Spotted Hyenas and Brown Hyena, Caracals, Civet, Cheetahs and Hippos are frequently spotted on Moditlo as well as a wide variety of plains game such as Waterbuck, Wildebeest, Zebra, Giraffe, Kudu, Nyala, Duiker, Steenbok, Bushpig, and dozens of other species and many species of birds including breeding Southern Ground Hornbill.
