Tkon, Pašman Island, detached stone house with a large garden 30 m from the sea

On the property there are two connected houses for adaptation, floor plan area of approx. 200 m2.

Through the ancient stone vault you enter the yard where there are storage rooms and the entrance to the house. On the ground floor of the house there are three spacious rooms and a hallway. On the first floor, which is reached by a stone staircase, there are three rooms and a bathroom and two more rooms in the extended part of the house. All rooms have a sea view. The ground floor of that extended part now houses storage rooms.

From the first floor, there is access to a spacious terrace with a porch that belongs to another house, of which only the thick stone walls remain. The cistern for rainwater has an opening on that terrace on the first floor.

In front of the house there is an uncovered terrace and a landscaped garden, at the end of which there is a garage, in front of which is a spacious public square with a well, and in front of it is a public parking lot and the seashore.

The entire plot has a total surface area of 850 m2.

The spacious yard allows additional refinement of the space. it is possible to build a swimming pool. Close to the sea and the beach, as well as the center of Tkon, the chapel of St. Ante Opata achieves additional value.
