Janis is a native South Carolinian and a graduate of the University of South Carolina who has lived and worked on Hilton Head Island for over 30 years. She has a love for people, Real Estate, construction, design, land development, property management, family, her 2 adorable dogs, and of course, God. Janis has worked locally for the top residential builders and has extensive experience navigating clients through the process of obtaining a mortgage, choosing a homesite, designing their beautiful new home, construction and closing. Janis and her husband Stew moved to Hilton Head Island as a result of their love of flying and boating.
