I have worked in the home improvement industry for over 20 years including owning and managing a kitchen and bath design and remodeling firm with my husband and working as a manager for a Fortune 500 home improvement retailer. I am also dedicated to environmental causes and green building. I hold two master of science degrees in forestry and environmental policy, I am a NAR GREEN designee and LEED AP certified, and I formerly served the City of Asheville as Chair of the Urban Forestry Commission.
