David Durot attended school for interior design in California at Schulman Design in Solana Beach, CA. Upon returning, he began selling home furnishings, quickly creating a base of raving fans through his talent for designing spaces in clients' homes. His career in real estate began in 2017 following a great opportunity from a family member to stage their home for sale. The house sold quickly, marking the start of his venture into real estate. He assembled a trusted team and began rehabilitating older homes, modernizing them for the 21st century.

Family is central to David; he is blessed with a wonderful wife, two daughters and a grandchild. His favorite sayings are "Don't sweat the small stuff," and "It is what it is." Over the years, he has created many raving fans in real estate. He is a certified buyer's agent, specializing in finding properties that generate passive income streams.
